The One I do love, The One I adore,
I hunger for You, and nothing more,
You are my God, You are My Lord,

I am proud to proclaim the Lord is my God, and humbled as I realize the opportunity that daily is before me in being given the privilege to come unto him according to his word and seek him with all my heart, with all my strength, with all my mind, and with all my soul.
ReplyDeleteI am reminded through his word in KJV Malachi 3 that there are those who say both outwardly and inwardly that it is vain to serve God, and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinances and that we have walked mournfully before the Lord of host. The eye of the Lord is ever present at all times in all places yet many refuse to obey him yet I rejoice in him and long for the time when I am made perfect in him.
There is coming a day of reckoning and I would that all would know the Lord, however not all desire to obey him.
Do not be discouraged, friend, in your denying of self that you might please The Lord in all things, for it is written in KJV Malachi 3:16-18 , Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.
And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of host, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son who serveth him.
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
I tremble and exceedingly quake, yet I do rejoice in my God, as I understand, as it is written in KJV Matthew 22:14, For many are called, but few are chosen.
Only those who obey him will know him.
